Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to orders placed through doplock.com and to all related services provided by Doplock.

2. Provider

Doplock is operated by Fabian Traub, Switzerland. Contact: support@doplock.com.

3. Products

Doplock offers the Doplock NFC Focus Card and digital activation codes. The Doplock Card acts as a physical key for intentionally unlocking selected apps.

4. Compatibility

Doplock currently supports Apple/iPhone. Android is not yet supported and is planned for a later date. Individual features may vary depending on your device, operating system, app version and permissions.

5. Formation of a contract

Product listings in the shop do not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when Doplock confirms or fulfils the order.

6. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are shown in Swiss francs. Shipping costs are listed separately in the shop or at checkout at the latest, unless already included in the price.

7. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through the integrated payment providers.

8. Delivery

Physical products are shipped to the delivery address provided. Digital products or codes may be delivered by email or other digital means.

9. Activation code

If a product includes an activation code, it is intended for setting up or using Doplock. The code must not be misused, resold or shared publicly.

10. Returns and refunds

In Switzerland, online purchases generally do not carry an automatic statutory right of return. Doplock may offer voluntary returns. Activated or used codes and digital products are excluded from refunds once used.

11. Warranty

If a physical product is defective, please contact us promptly at support@doplock.com. We will review the case and seek an appropriate solution.

12. Liability

Doplock does not guarantee that specific apps, operating system versions or devices will support all features indefinitely. Use is subject to the technical capabilities and permissions of the respective platforms.

13. Privacy

Information about how we process personal data is available in our privacy policy.

14. Changes

Doplock may update these terms if products, shop features or legal requirements change.

15. Applicable law

Swiss law applies unless mandatory statutory provisions require otherwise.
