What is Doplock?
Doplock is a physical and digital key that helps you unlock apps intentionally instead of opening them on impulse.
Why Doplock?
Doplock creates an intentional pause between you and the app, helping you open apps less automatically.
Is Doplock about intentional unlocking?
Yes. Doplock goes beyond blocking apps by making access more intentional. You actively decide when to unlock an app.
Who is Doplock for?
For people who want to scroll less impulsively and take more intentional control of their screen time.
Card & Code
What does the Doplock Card do?
The Doplock Card makes unlocking a physical action. Use it to intentionally allow access to selected apps.
What is the Doplock Code for?
The Doplock Code activates your access. You also need a compatible NFC card for intentional unlocking. An activation code is already included with the Doplock Card.
Should I choose Doplock Card or Doplock Code?
Choose the Doplock Card for the physical card and activation code together. The separate code is intended for a compatible NFC card you already own.
Does the card need a battery?
No. The Doplock Card needs no battery or charging cable.
What happens if I lose the card?
Contact Doplock support to discuss the next steps for your setup. The activation code does not replace a lost NFC card.
Using Doplock
How do I get started with Doplock?
Install the app, complete activation and grant Screen Time permission, then link your NFC card. Select your apps and activate the block.
Which apps can I unlock intentionally?
Examples include Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, games and other apps that distract you.
Does Doplock work with Android?
Not yet. Doplock is launching on Apple/iPhone first. An Android version is planned for later.
Does Doplock work with iPhone?
Yes. Doplock currently supports Apple/iPhone. Features may vary depending on your iOS version, device, app version and permissions.
Can I select multiple apps?
Yes. You can select several distracting apps and manage them together.
Can I use Doplock without the Card?
You can use a compatible NFC card of your own with a Doplock activation code. This workflow requires a physical NFC card.

How quickly will my order arrive?
Delivery time depends on stock and shipping. Digital codes can be provided sooner.
How do I receive my Doplock Code?
The activation code is provided digitally. No physical card is included.
Can I return Doplock?
Return information is available in the terms and conditions. Contact support if you have questions.

Orders & legal
Can I view my order later?
Yes. If you create a customer account at checkout, you can view your orders and their status in your account later.
What is included?
The Doplock Card includes an NFC Focus Card, a personal activation code and a quick setup guide.
Can I use Doplock with Android?
Not yet. Doplock is launching on Apple/iPhone first. Android is planned for later.
Can I return an activated code?
Activated or used codes cannot be returned once used.
Do I have a right of return?
In Switzerland, online purchases generally do not carry an automatic statutory right of return. See the Shipping & returns page for details.
Orders, invoices & shipping
Who can help with invoice questions?
For questions about your invoice, email support@doplock.com and include your order number.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your Doplock Card has shipped, your order can be updated with a tracking number. You will then receive a shipping update by email.
